Over the Rainbow (My First Giveaway!!!)
*EDITED TO ADD: This giveaway is now closed!*
Fabric Mutt has been in business for almost three months now, and I think it's high time we had a giveaway around here! Quilting Gallery is holding a Blog Hop Party full of great giveaways to celebrate St. Patrick's Day, so I thought we'd come along for the ride.
I have over two dozen strips from Kate Spain's gorgeous Fandango line, most measuring 12 by 3 inches. They would be perfect for any number of small projects, and they are up for grabs to one lucky winner. Entries must be submitted between now and March 23rd. I'll announce a random winner on that Friday morning. I'm afraid this one's only open to United States' applicants -- sorry to my international friends. Please be sure to leave your email address in your comment if you're a no-reply blogger -- I can't get in touch with you otherwise!
To enter all you have to do is leave a comment telling me what your favorite type of sewing project is: bags? quilts? pillows? What do you enjoy making?
That's it; no other hoops to jump through. If you'd like to become a follower of my blog, I'll be thrilled, but it's not required to get in on the giveaway fun. If you're new, feel free to look around and get in touch if you have any questions or comments.
Have a fantastic St. Patrick's Day!
:( I am in the UK, so no entry for me :(
ReplyDeleteI'm new to the sewing world, but my favorite project so far was making a costume for a 90's themed party. It was hard work, but worth it!
ReplyDeleteIt would be a hand bags. You can never have to many!
ReplyDeleteOoh that is lovely fabric! Congrats on the three months! I like to make quick projects. So small quilts, table runners, wall hangings etc. I have to grab minutes here and there to sew, which is why I like quick projects;)

ReplyDeleteI love to make quilts of all kinds
ReplyDeleteRene
What a wonderful prize! I love making quilts, but mostly because they're amazing to give as gifts. I love the look on someone's face when they unfold one (I fold them backing-side-out) and see the design on the inside. :) Thank you for the chance to win such gorgeous strips.
ReplyDeleteI basically love to sew anything. Clothing, quilts, etc. As long as there's the humming of a sewing machine and fabric in my hands it's good :) Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteQuilts are my favorite thing to make but I have made a ton of bags. I've made 7 diaper bags out of the same pattern for family and friends and they all love them. Fandango - so VERY cute!
ReplyDeleteThanks! I used to make bags, but then quilting became more interesting, so I ATTEMPT to make quilts :)

ReplyDeleteGreetings from Canada. I like making bags with lots of pockets on them, and then pj's. They are a breeze to make with the serger. Especially if you make the kind with one front, one back, a couple of sleeves, and then ribbing on the neck, bottom sleeve, and bottom top. Pants also, just 2 parts, and then elastic on the top, and ribbing on the bottom edge. Usually I then personalize it with putting pockets on the bottoms, just so the kiddies will know which is front or back!
ReplyDeleteI love to make quilts and little zipper bags. I love Fandango--I envision a little stacked coin quilt.
ReplyDeleteRight now my favorite projects are baby quilts since my daughter had a baby two days ago! :) Being a grandma is the best! :) Thanks for the opportunity to win such a great giveaway! :)

I am pretty new to the quilting scene, so I've been pretty focused on that. However I feel the tides changing soon, as my 4 yr old son gets older and his requests for "squishies" (stuffed toys)become more frequent. I love lap quilts because I can practice free motion with the sewing machine without building up Lou Ferrigno arms. Thanks for participating in the blog hop. LOVE Fandango...4 yr old just loves saying "Fandango"!
ReplyDeleteI'm a new follower and I love appliqued quilts....I make patterns for them. Thank you for letting us visit.
