*** THIS GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED!!! ***
The Quilting Gallery is holding a Back to School Blog Hop Giveaway this week, and I thought it would be fun to join in. For those of you who are new to my blog, here are some of the projects I've made in the last few months...Look around the blog -- I hope you'll find something that will be useful to you. You can also find information on the Vintage Holiday QAL, which we started at the beginning of this month. Feel free to join us!
For the giveaway, I have a small stack from two of my favorite designers: Melody Miller and Heather Ross. These are all cotton/linen blend fabrics in a mix of different sizes, from a sixteenth of a yard to more than a fat quarter.
To enter the giveaway, just leave me a comment on this post. Any comment is fine, but if you like you can answer this question: what kind of projects or tutorials would you like to see on Fabric Mutt in the next year? The giveaway is open internationally and will last until Monday, September 3rd, when I'll pick a random winner. Please, please make sure that you're not a no-reply blogger; I don't want to have to disqualify anyone because I can't get in touch with them. There are going to be a whole lot of bloggers participating in this hop, so be sure to check out the link at the top of the page. I plan to spend an hour or two visiting them all myself this week...
Enjoy your weekend!

homemakerhoney @gmail .com
Ohh I can't say what kinds of tutorials I would like to see - I usually google for tutorials when I need them or call home. And all those thousands of tutorials really get confusing. Maybe tutorial reviews, compare all those "how to insert a zipperones" and rate them ... no idea...
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance though!
I love the fabrics you've chosen for a prize! Thanks so much for the chance!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely giveaway! Thanks for the chance to win :)
ReplyDeleteLove those two designers as well. Thanks!

Such pretty fabrics, thanks for the chance to win them. I truly enjoy reading your tutorials.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteYour blog design is so cute! I like to see tutorials for quick projects- that I can finish in a day or two :) scg00387 at yahoo dot com
ReplyDeleteI do love your blog. I have been thinking lately, when I, like others want a quick project- it would be great to have have an approximation of how long the project takes. I almost always make any gift I might need but at times find I need one on the fly. So quick tutorials with an approximation of time is what I would like to see.
ReplyDeleteIf I were able to find a blog with tutorials showing patterns ideas for English Paper Piecing, that would be quite thrilling. I think there are good tutorials for how to DO EPP, but not many showing ways to put the different shaped pieces together to make wonderful blocks and quilts. Also quilt as you go seems to be something that has become a foreign concept to me (especially if it is by hand).
ReplyDeleteHi! Thanks for the givaway. I agree with some of the others - small, gifty projects are great. I also need more help with machine paper piecing! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteHi, I'm a new follwer.

ReplyDeleteTutorials that interest me are complicated looking blocks but have some trick to make them. Or a easier way to put something together that might not be easy to see on the surface.
ReplyDeleteI like tutorials/info on projects that can be done fairly quickly...I love quilts, but get bogged down and frustrated because I don't have a big enough machine to quilt anything bigger than a baby quilt, lol
ReplyDeletei follow via blogger :)
